Thanks to friends like you, Faith & Liberty meets and ministers to congressional staffers working on Capitol Hill. But our team also welcomes those who reach out to us to learn more about Hill Ministry, such as church or youth ministry groups from across the nation visiting to participate in outreach and learn more about Faith & Liberty.  

Recently, Faith Brethren Church in Ohio sent a young group starting at middle school age. Visitors from Central Triad Church in North Carolina also joined us at the Ministry Center for prayer and praise at a Pop-Up Worship service, along with their meetings on the Hill with congressional staff.

These opportunities offer us time to engage with young people who are considering careers or ministries in our nation's capital. At times, they come from a firm foundation in their church and/or school, but all of them are still developing the worldview that will shape their important future decisions. Faith & Liberty is pleased to be on Capitol Hill to welcome them and encourage development of a biblical worldview as opposed to the non-biblical views of many authority figures and media influencers in our culture.

MINISTRY RECAP
  • Studying God’s Word: Although summer is a quieter season with the interns away, our Bible studies, prayer gatherings, and opportunities for spiritual fellowship continue, and we are planning more for the fall!

  • Interceding for America: Prayer warriors come together weekly at our Ministry Center for the America 250 prayer time. We gather to intercede for the nation’s capital and government leaders who must make critical decisions.

  • Committed to pray: We continue to take prayer requests until Thursday morning for our annual ministry prayer retreat in August. We will agree in prayer for all branches of government, our ministry, any personal needs, and for you, our ministry partners. Please click here to send us your requests.
