Yesterday, U.S. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) filed for what is called “cloture,” meaning the clock starts ticking for a vote as early as Wednesday on an abortion bill. This radical bill will force abortion on every state and override every pro-life state or federal law.

This bill is emphatically more radical than Roe v. Wade. It will force every hospital, health care worker or pharmacist to perform or facilitate abortions. There is a razor-thin margin to stop what could happen next. We’ll share below the incredible damage this bill will cause, erasing every state and federal restriction currently in place. We’ll also share how intense the rage to pass this bill is on Capitol Hill.

Evil is pouring out of the gates of hell to fight for abortion.

Over the weekend, the Wisconsin Family Action office was firebombed with a Molotov cocktail, and a separate fire was started inside the building. The criminals wrote, “If abortions aren’t safe then you aren’t either.”

The home addresses of the Supreme Court Justices—some of whom have small children—have been released to the public by the group Ruth Sent Us (referring to the late pro-abortion Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg). Justice Samuel Alito has moved to an “undisclosed location.” Even though it is illegal to target private homes, a mob screamed outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home. A reporter with the Daily Signal said it was “one of the scariest things I’ve ever witnessed.” The only response from the White House was, “I don’t have an official U.S. government position on where people protest.”

Around the Supreme Court there are the shrill voices of witches lighting candles, chanting incantations and demanding death. Meanwhile, abortion demonstrators beat peaceful pro-life advocates with their fists and signs. The police refused to arrest the attackers and instead pulled all the pro-life people away from the Court Plaza.

Streets have been closed and the tall fences are back. Dump trucks prevent cars from driving into crowds of protesters. Pro-abortion groups have nearly unlimited cash, unhinged activists and the support of Joe Biden when they repeatedly break the law.

We fought nearly 50 years to overturn Roe v. Wade. We cannot allow the U.S. Senate to force the states to continue shedding innocent blood. Make your voice heard right now by rushing your urgent faxes ahead of the vote scheduled for tomorrow.

Tomorrow the Senate will vote on the Women’s Health Protection Act of 2022 (S 4132). This bill would erase ALL state and federal restrictions on abortion. Not only will it force religious institutions and people to perform or facilitate abortions, but the bill will override:

• Waiting periods.

• Informed consent.

• Ultrasound requirements.

• Parental involvement (notification and consent).

• Hospital admitting privileges for abortionists, which most baby butchers are not qualified to obtain.

• Immunity of states and individuals seeking to protect life.

The bill also:

• Throws open the door to chemical abortions via Skype or Zoom.

• Bans any “prohibition or restriction on a particular abortion procedure” prior to “fetal viability” and permits the gruesome “partial-birth abortion” procedure where a baby is pulled out breech with only the head in the uterus while the base of its skull is punctured and the brains are sucked out—all while the baby is still alive.

• Throws out every restriction you can imagine by stating access to abortion “shall not be limited or otherwise infringed.”

Sen. Schumer will force a vote on this bill tomorrow. Fax as many senators as possible with your urgent demands to stop the abortion bill and retain the filibuster rule.

Tomorrow is absolutely critical in the battle for life. This is the first of many battles to come. If Democrats don’t get their way, we expect them to attack the filibuster. Abortion might be enough reason for Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) to change her mind on the filibuster. Her views on abortion are so radical that she supported the killing of newborn abortion survivors by voting against the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act!

There are 52 pro-abortion votes in the Senate (with Kamala Harris). That’s not enough to overcome the 60-vote filibuster, but abolishing the filibuster requires only 51 votes.

If the filibuster is erased, abortion would be just the first parade of horribles Democrats would pass. This includes the “Equality Act,” all of the election fraud bills, the Build Back Better (BBB) and a massive lurch into socialism and communism!

We need an outpouring of voices right now. Send faxes right away to block this bill, protect the filibuster and give children a chance to grow up, laugh, play and learn.
