Making A Difference In The Nation's Capital Through Prayer And Action

For Such A Time As This?

Dec 31, 2021

In this new year, we face what can only be described as an unprecedented assault on the U.S. Constitution and our fundamental freedoms as Americans. And as your missionaries to our national leaders, your team at Faith & Liberty is more engaged in the defense and preservation of religious freedom than at any time in our history on Capitol Hill.

But we need your help! Stand with us in the fight to protect and preserve the sanctity of life, the sanctity of the family as God defines it and our religious liberty. Please, give your best year-end gift today.

When dictator-wannabe governors and mayors used the COVID pandemic to shut down churches across America, we worked tirelessly to encourage and support the religious liberty of pastors and congregations determined to remain open as essential ministry outreaches in their communities.

When the Biden administration refused to appoint someone to the post of ambassador-at-large for international religious freedom, we worked closely with former Ambassador Sam Brownback to plan and help implement in Washington, D.C., the largest summit to advance religious liberty in our nation’s history.

As this out-of-control administration enacted unconstitutional COVID shot mandates, we worked long hours every day to encourage and assist those seeking religious exemptions to the so-called “vaccine.”

When Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization came to the Supreme Court, a case that could bring about the reversal of Roe v. Wade, we helped organize a massive prayer witness in front of the Court. On a cold Tuesday evening before the case was presented, we were outside the Court, along with hundreds of others, holding a candlelight prayer vigil. And on the day of the argument, we joined with thousands to intercede on behalf of life. And, we’re excited to report, our efforts helped make certain that for the first time in the history of abortion cases, those gathered in support of life vastly outnumbered those supporting abortion on demand.

What’s more, on the day after the Dobbs case, as another witness to life, Faith & Liberty held our largest-ever Live Nativity in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. With 47 volunteers, a donkey, cow, sheep and camel, we presented a dramatic portrayal of the Christmas story on Capitol Hill as a powerful witness to our national leaders of the birth of the One upon whose shoulders God has placed all government.

In January, we will be significantly involved in promoting the sanctity of human life as we help plan and promote numerous activities around the March for Life, including the National Prayer Service for the Unborn.

And our team will once again stand as a prophetic witness in the fight for liberty on January 18, as our chairman, Mat Staver, presents oral argument before the Supreme Court in a religious freedom case, Shurtleff v. City of Boston, that has garnered the support of even the United States of America and multiple states.

But we cannot do this without YOU, the faithful supporters of Faith & Liberty. YOU make it possible for us to fight for the sanctity of all human life and religious freedom for churches, ministries and people of faith. It gives our staff the resources to minister to our nation’s leaders and bring the Word of God to bear on the hearts and minds of public policymakers. And you make it possible to open the Ministry Center doors to the congressional staffers who attend the weekly Bible studies. We are thankful that many staffers gave their life to Christ this year!

Whether in support of the family as God defines it, in support of the sanctity of human life or in support of our religious liberty, we believe God has positioned Faith & Liberty for such a time as this.

And through our providential Challenge Grant, every gift made by midnight in your time zone will be effectively DOUBLED in its impact, which makes your gift right now even more meaningful!
