Judge Amy Coney Barrett took the stand yesterday. As your missionary team to our nation’s Capital, we were there praying fervently for Judge Barrett and for our nation. Tragically, Democrats trotted out larger-than-life posters of families impacted by Obamacare. Sitting senators used tears to condemn even having a hearing. And they repeatedly lied about our nation’s history and the precedent to act now to confirm Judge Barrett.

Directly outside the Senate’s building, radical protesters were trying to force their way into the building and being arrested by the Capitol Police. This is the intensity of the attack senators will face all week.

We believe the courageous senators who rightfully support Judge Barrett started out strong. But the question is how will they end this hearing? We have the chance right now to change the radical leftist stronghold on our Supreme Court. But, to defeat the lies our senators need to hear from you today.

The attacks inside the Dirksen Senate Office Building were no less fierce than those happening outside. Senator Josh Hawley called out the Democrats for their “anti-Catholic bigotry.” The bedrock principle of American religious liberty is now under attack to a degree we’ve never witnessed.

Senator Hawley pointed out, “This is an attempt to broach a new frontier to set up a new standard. Actually, it’s an attempt to bring back an old standard that the Constitution of the United States explicitly forbids. I’m talking about a religious test for office.” Sen. Hawley fought back saying, “We will not allow the ruling class to have veto power over your faith, over what American’s believe, over who we gather with to worship.” But that is exactly what is at stake with the confirmation of Judge Barrett. If our senators can demand that religious people are unfit to serve in public office, then our religious freedom is gone.

We need to stand up and fight for religious people to be welcome in our judiciary who will fairly and justly apply our laws and judge our nation. This is exactly what Judge Barrett has promised she will do.

They tried this before when Judge Barrett was confirmed for the Seventh Circuit. Now is a critical moment to let the Senate know that Americans will not tolerate religious discrimination against Judge Barrett again.

Democrat Senators accused this confirmation of being “rushed,” “slapdash,” and as happening at “unprecedented speeds.” However, their claims are as fake as their tears.

Seventy percent of the Supreme Court Justices nominated since 1900 were nominated and confirmed in less time than the late Justice Ginsburg gave President Trump. Radicals are hoping you will forget the vetting process for Judge Barrett started four years ago when the President first announced her name, and again in 2018 when her name was floated along with then-Judge Kavanaugh.

In addition, there have been 29 total U.S. Supreme Court vacancies during an election year. Of the 19 that happened under a single party controlling both the White House and the Senate, 90% of them were confirmed.

There is enough time to confirm Judge Barrett as well as consistent historical precedent for doing so.

The only question remaining is: Will the Republicans stand strong and move forward? We are at a moment of critical importance; we cannot squander this opportunity. This will be a seismic shift in the Court and can be a turning point in our nation.

Yesterday, sitting Democrat Senators parroted lies from presidential candidate Joe Biden who stated, “This nominee has said she wants to get rid of the Affordable Care Act ... [in] less than one month, Americans are going to lose their health insurance,” according to Yahoo!

But that's a lie.

Judge Barrett did criticize Chief Justice Robert’s use of our tax code to force Americans to purchase health insurance, as have many other outstanding legal scholars. What she did NOT say, however, was how she would rule on a future case. She has only stated that she will apply the law justly in the tradition of the late Justice Scalia.

We have never seen Democrats so concerned about the tax code’s effect on individual Americans. However, because of the superiority of Judge Barrett’s qualifications, radicals are reduced to trying to guess how Judge Barrett might rule in the future and use the conclusions inside their own heads to try to attack her.

The democrats say she is not qualified. But that’s a lie!

Even the American Bar Association said that Judge Barrett is “well qualified.”  “When I write an opinion resolving a case, I read every work from the perspective of the losing party. I ask myself how would I view the decision if one of my children was the party I was ruling against,” said Barrett.

The left has told lie after lie about Judge Barrett in their vicious attempt to discredit her. But you can defeat the lies!
