Dear Member of Congress,

If a child is born alive, even if that child was intended to be aborted, that living, breathing newborn child should have the same rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as any other American child.

Sadly, every day across America, newborns who survive botched abortions are being intentionally killed, some because abortionists refuse to aid an abortion survivor, and others because abortionists want to make massive profits dissecting and selling tiny baby parts like pieces of butchered meat.

The Sandra Merritt and Center for Medical Progress cases involving Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry exposed undeniable evidence of the rampant infanticide described above.

In addition, the evidence in these cases also revealed that abortionists are using federally illegal partial birth abortion procedures to birth children, then are dissecting those children WHILE THEY ARE STILL ALIVE in order to garner higher prices on the human organ trafficking market.

This inhumane butchery of living, breathing newborn children MUST STOP!

Regardless of whether their mothers wanted them or not, babies who are born alive are living, breathing human beings who deserve the same medical care as other children, as well as protection from being used as unwitting victims of human organ trafficking.

I respectfully demand that Congress VOTE YES on the Born Alive Act of 2025 — because NO human being should be left to die, or worse yet, be butchered alive.

Sincerely,

(Your name)
